For four servings, take two glasses of flour and the same amount of sour cream, a teaspoon of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt and the same amount of soda, as well as one teaspoon of baking powder. First mix all the dry ingredients, and then add the remaining products to the resulting mixture. Once again carefully mix and add to this mass two tablespoons of melted butter. Fry our fritters on sour cream exactly the same as in the first case - from two sides.

Therefore, remember - no matter how much you add butter or vegetable oil, most of it will be on your morning table with breakfast. For those who follow the shape, the preferred frying is olive oil. For optimal taste of the prepared dish, you can use almost any oil - it all depends on your personal preferences.

You can serve the ready dish in different ways.Someone prefers to just sprinkle pancakes on sour cream with sugar powder, someone does not represent this dish without jam or jam, and for someone it will be enough in the form of accompaniment to such a breakfast of a cup of strong black coffee.
