Required Ingredients:

  • tomato paste;

Although any other species will fit, for example, some kind of river. This recipe was shared with me by a cook who practiced at that time.

Preparing the base

Each part should be rubbed with salt, then breaded in flour.Then put on a skillet with boiling oil. Fry over medium heat from both sides until crispy crust. Put the finished pieces on paper towels to save them from excess oil.

A marinade of vegetables was invented in order to soften and moisturize dry fish, and also coped well with a specific smell. Peel vegetables. Cut into strips. Fry the onions in the pan first, then add the carrots, then the Bulgarian pepper. When the vegetables are slightly fried, pour in the sauce. It is made from tomato paste with the addition of water in the following proportion: one part of a tomato to two parts of water. Add salt to the sauce, a little vinegar (if the fish does not have too unpleasant smell, then it is better not to put it). Pour the red mixture into the frying pan with vegetables, add the bay leaf and peppercorns. Stew on medium heat until cooked vegetables. Fried fish spread on a dish or in shape. Pour marinade over the top with vegetables and leave for at least half an hour to allow the carcass to soak in the sauce. Boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes or rice are suitable as a side dish.

  • fresh dill;
  • soy sauce;
  • lemon;
  • dry dill seeds;
  • balsamic vinegar;
  • ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Fish stew with vegetables. Cooking in a new way

Take the fillet, cut into pieces of medium size. We make marinade from soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and dill seeds. Put in it dried with a paper towel carcass. Leave it in the sauce for about 15-20 minutes. From the pickled base shake off the remnants of the sauce and breaded in flour. Fry in the usual way: in hot oil from both sides. Put the finished pieces on absorbent grease paper towels. Marinade cook like this: first, fry the vegetables - onions, then carrots, then Bulgarian pepper. The last put the chopped tomatoes. Add water, ground pepper and salt. Season with bay leaf and balsamic vinegar. When the vegetables are extinguished, take out the bay leaf and put the finely chopped dill. Mix, lay out the pieces of the finished fish in the marinade, sprinkle gently on top of the vegetable mixture.Simmer everything together for about 5 minutes. Turn off the fire and give the dish to brew for at least 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
