Salmon is a delicious product, with excellent taste. The fish is cooked quickly, especially in the oven, it tastes wonderful, it fits perfectly with any side dishes, the sauces for it are various — why does not the salmon bake more often on our table? Moreover, it is useful - the product, one might say, consists entirely of vitamins, healthy fats, high-quality proteins, trace elements and other useful compounds.

The secret of this dish is hidden in the very use of the excellent quality of fish, and in the sauce properly selected for it, which does not take away its taste, but emphasizes them. Salmon, baked with lemon in the oven, and even with this sauce - above all praise!

For the main dish: about a kilo of salmon fillet, two lemons, your favorite fish spices, dill and onion, salt, olive oil.For the Polish sauce: a glass of thick fresh sour cream, a glass of olive mayonnaise, two eggs, a little mustard, fresh cucumbers, once again green onions and dill, ground pepper, and salt.

How to do it?

Four steaks of salmon need to be salted and sprinkled with spices. Cut lemons into thin rings and divide them equally. The bottom of the form, in which the salmon will be baked, sprinkle with butter, make a pillow of lemon and dill sprigs, put steaks on it, and on top - the remaining lemon circles and dill. When the frying noise is heard, reduce the heat and wait half an hour. In the meantime, make the sauce. Boil eggs, chop up smaller ones, grate cucumbers, dill and green onions better grind in a blender. Mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, eggs, dill and onion, mustard, salt (do not overdo it!) The salmon is baked for about fifteen minutes, then the foil should be removed and the liquid should be evaporated - in the oven for another ten minutes. And then you can already serve on the table, sprinkled with dill. Potatoes in cream, garlic flavor unspeakable, but how good is the salmon itself, baked with cheese and cream!
