By the age of 22, Laura Maisatich had a weight of 136 kilograms and a whole bunch of health problems, including hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, and metabolic disorders preceding diabetes. At one point, the girl realized that without radical changes in her lifestyle and diet, her youth would pass by her, without stopping, and life would be short and extremely difficult.
“I decided to take control of my life and change. After failing to do good health, my weight became so frightening that I considered the option of weight loss surgery. ”
However, she still went to the local gym and unexpectedly discovered that she likes to push the barbell, and she will not need the operation at all.“What began as an alternative to weight loss surgery has quickly grown into a true love of personal health, fitness, and healthy eating. In just a few weeks, I realized that I didn’t need to go under the knife. Instead, you need to go under the bar.

“I got used to the new diet. She ate only healthy food, removed carbohydrates and processed sugar from the diet.Has ceased to eat in cafes and restaurants, order food at home. I do not buy any more rubbish when I go to the grocery store. I stopped drinking alcohol. I don't depend on junk food anymore. That's all".
